- 1 pound Gruyere cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Crusty bread, vegetables, and meat for dipping

2. Add the Swiss cheese, Gruyere cheese, and Parmesan cheese to the saucepan and stir until the cheese is melted and smooth.
3. Transfer the fondue to a fondue pot or chafing dish and keep warm over low heat. Serve with crusty bread, vegetables, and meat for dipping.
Tips:
- To make a gluten-free fondue, use a gluten-free bread or crackers for dipping.
- To add more flavor to the fondue, try adding some herbs, such as thyme, rosemary, or oregano.
- If the fondue becomes too thick, add a little more white wine or kirschwasser.
- If the fondue becomes too thin, add a little more cheese.
