1. Fill the pitcher about halfway with milk.
2. Place the steaming nozzle a little bit above the surface of the milk then start the steam wand.
3. As soon as the milk begins to foam slightly, lower the pitcher so the steam wand in fully submerged.
4. Move the pitcher up and down very slightly to get the milk to twirl in a whirlpool to create a smooth froth.
5. When the pitcher is too hot to touch and about the desired temperature (155-160 degrees Fahrenheit), turn off the steam wand and wipe it with a towel to remove the excess milk.
1. Pull a shot.
2. Pour the steamed milk over the espresso.
3. To create latte art, hold the pitcher about 10-12 cm over the cup and slowly pour. When the pitcher is about half-empty, bring the pitcher lower to create a smooth swirl.
