How to Access a Light Bulb in Portfolio Flush Mount

1. Turn off the power to the light fixture. You can do this by flipping the switch that controls the light fixture or by removing the fuse that supplies power to the light fixture.

2. Pull down on the lip on the outside edge of the diffuser to remove the diffuser. The diffuser is the plastic or glass part of the light fixture that covers the light bulb.

3. Unthread the light bulb. The light bulb is located in the center or inside of the diffuser.

4. Replace the light bulb with a new one.

5. Reinstall the diffuser. Gently push it into place until it snaps.

6. Restore power to the light fixture.
