Cast iron frying pans are the pan of choice for many experienced cooks. The durability of a cast iron pan, as well as its even distribution of heat and stick-resistant surface makes this type of cookware a logical choice. You may occasionally notice water stains on your cast iron frying pan if it was not dried well or if you have mineral-rich "hard" water. Remove these water stains from your pan with a homemade cleaning remedy.
