Instructions

    • 1

Turn off and unplug the grill.

    • 2

Allow the grill to cool before cleaning the surface. Tilt the grill to drain any grease from the bottom. Pour grease into a container with a lid, preferably a non-recyclable container. Place the container in your trash bin. Do not pour grease down sinks or toilets. Grease can clog drains.

    • 3

Fill the sink with hot, soapy water. Use a non-abrasive liquid cleaner, such as dishwashing detergent.

    • 4

Dip a non-abrasive cloth into the hot, soapy water and apply the water to the grill's surface. Gently scrub the grill's surface and base to remove grease stains and food particles.

    • 5

Rinse the soapy water from the grill by running plain water over the grill's surface and base. Air-dry or hand-dry the grill with a towel.
