- Clean cloth or sponge
- Suede brush
- Mild soap or dishwashing liquid
- Water
- White vinegar
Instructions:
1. Pre-treat Stains: If there are any stains on the gloves, pre-treat them by dabbing a cotton swab or soft cloth with white vinegar and applying a small amount to the stain. Rub gently in a circular motion until the stain disappears.
2. Prepare Soap Solution: Mix a few drops of mild soap or dishwashing liquid with a cup of cool water.
3. Wet Cloth: Dip a clean cloth or sponge into the soap solution. Squeeze out the excess liquid so the cloth is damp, not dripping.
4. Clean the Suede: Gently rub the damp cloth over the suede gloves in a circular motion, focusing on soiled areas. Be careful not to scrub too hard, as this could damage the suede.
5. Remove Soap: Once you've cleaned the gloves, wipe them with another clean, damp cloth to remove any soap residue.
6. Use Suede Brush: Allow the gloves to dry naturally. Once dry, use a suede brush to restore the suede's nap. Brush the gloves in the same direction to lift the fibers and give the suede its characteristic soft, velvety texture.
7. Store in Cool, Dry Place: Once the gloves are clean and dry, store them in a cool, dry place to prevent damage and prolong their life.
