How to Wrap Posters

Materials Needed:

- Posters (rolled up)

- Kraft paper (or any sturdy, non-abrasive paper)

- Scissors or a cutter

- Measuring tape

- Clear packing tape

Step 1: Preparing the Kraft Paper:

- Cut a piece of kraft paper long enough to wrap around your rolled-up poster with some extra length on each side.

Step 2: Wrapping the Poster:

- Hold the poster with one end rolled out and place the kraft paper flat on a clean surface.

Step 3: Rolling:

- Carefully start rolling the poster onto the kraft paper, keeping the rolled section tight.

Step 4: Tucking the Edges:

- As you continue rolling, tuck the sides of the kraft paper inward to cover the edges of the rolled poster.

Step 5: Secure the End:

- Once the poster is completely rolled, bring the remaining kraft paper over and securely tape it in place to hold the rolled poster together.

Step 6: Reinforce the End:

- For added strength, apply another layer of clear packing tape over the first tape to reinforce the end.

Step 7: Measure and Cut:

- Use the measuring tape to determine how much kraft paper is needed to cover the other end of the rolled poster.

Step 8: Fold and Tape:

- Fold the excess kraft paper over the opposite end of the poster and tape it in place.

Step 9: Reinforce the Side:

- Reinforce the side of the wrapped poster by applying clear packing tape along the length of the poster. This helps prevent the poster from unrolling.

Step 10: Finishing Touches:

- Add any additional layers of tape or reinforcements as needed to ensure the wrapped poster is securely sealed.

Step 11: Labeling (optional):

- If you have multiple posters or need to keep track of them, consider adding labels to the wrapped posters for easy identification.
