For the Red Layer:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
For the Orange Layer:
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
For the Yellow Layer:
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
For the Green Layer:
1/2 cup frozen spinach
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Blue Layer:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Purple Layer:
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, almond milk, and honey or agave nectar. Blend until smooth.
Pour the red smoothie into a glass.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple smoothies.
Layer the smoothies in the glass, starting with the red smoothie at the bottom and ending with the purple smoothie at the top.
Serve immediately.
