- 1x6 pine boards (4 pieces)
- 2x4 pine boards (2 pieces)

Instructions:
1. Cut the 1x6 pine boards to size.
You will need to cut four 1x6 pine boards to the following lengths:
- Two pieces: 84 inches long
- Two pieces: 36 inches long
2. Cut the 2x4 pine boards to size.
You will need to cut two 2x4 pine boards to the following lengths:
- Two pieces: 36 inches long
3. Assemble the door frame.
Apply wood glue to the ends of the two 36-inch 1x6 pine boards. Then, attach them to the two 36-inch 2x4 pine boards, creating a rectangular frame. Secure the boards with 1-inch wood screws.
4. Attach the 84-inch 1x6 pine boards to the frame.
Apply wood glue to the edges of the two 84-inch 1x6 pine boards. Then, attach them to the top and bottom of the door frame, creating a complete door. Secure the boards with 1-inch wood screws.
5. Cut the plywood to size.
Cut the 1/4-inch plywood to the following size:
- One piece: 34 inches by 82 inches
6. Attach the plywood to the door frame.
Apply wood glue to the back of the plywood sheet. Then, attach it to the door frame, making sure that it is centered. Secure the plywood with 1-inch wood screws.
7. Sand the door.
Use sandpaper to sand the entire door, removing any rough edges or splinters.
8. Paint or stain the door (optional).
If desired, you can paint or stain the door to match your home's exterior.
9. Install the door.
Install the door in your door frame, following the instructions that came with your door hardware.
