      Identify all areas that need cleaning. Even small untreated spots can spread rapidly if not eliminated. Make sure to check all areas that you might not normally see like overhangs that could conceal mold.

      Spay your Wet and Forget generously over the contaminated area. This product does not contain bleach or acid so it won't stain, but make sure you clean up any liquid that's drips off. Excess product on unwanted areas can cause grime build up over time.

      Check on the infected areas from time to time to make sure no missed mold or mildew has re grown. Every time it rains the solution will reactive and go to work removing those stains.
