Materials:
- LED string lights
- Mesh netting (such as tulle, cheesecloth, or fishing net)
-Scissors
-Wire cutters
-Hot glue gun
-Zip ties
Instructions:
1. First, cut the mesh netting to the size you want for your net lights. You can make them any size you want, but keep in mind that the size of the mesh will determine how many LED lights you will need.
2. Next, use the wire cutters to cut the LED string lights to the desired length. Make sure to leave enough slack at the end of each strand so that you can connect them later.
3. Begin by hot gluing the LED lights to the mesh netting. Start at one corner and work your way around, spacing the lights evenly as you go. Continue gluing until all of the lights are attached.
4. Once the lights are glued in place, use zip ties to secure the net lights to the railing or other structure where you want to display them.
5. Finally, plug in the net lights and enjoy your beautiful new decoration!
Tips:
- If you want to make the net lights more durable, you can spray them with a clear sealant after they are finished.
- You can also add other embellishments to the net lights, such as glitter or bows, to make them more festive.
- Net lights are a great way to add a touch of whimsy and light to your home or party decorations. They are also a fun and easy project to make yourself, and they make great gifts for friends and family.
