- 1 cup butter softened

- 3 cups sugar

- 6 eggs

- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 3 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

4. Let the cake cool completely in the pan.

5. Once the cake is cool, spread the chocolate frosting on top.

6. Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir until smooth.

7. Use a spoon to drizzle the melted chocolate over the frosting, creating a spiderweb design.

8. Sprinkle the white chocolate chips around the edge of the cake.
