* 1/2 cup aloe vera gel
* 1/4 cup coconut oil
* 1/4 cup sea salt
* 10 drops of essential oil (such as peppermint, grapefruit, or cypress)
1. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
2. Stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a clean glass jar or bottle.
4. Store the gel in a cool, dark place.
* Apply the gel to your skin before wrapping it in plastic wrap.
* Leave the plastic wrap on for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
*Rinse the gel off with warm water.
* For best results, use the gel on a regular basis.
*You can also add other ingredients to the gel, such as caffeine, ginger, or green tea.
*Body wraps are not recommended for people with certain skin conditions, such as eczema or psoriasis.
