How to Make an Easy No-Bake Cheesecake

### Ingredients

* 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

* 1/4 cup sugar

* 1/4 cup melted butter

* 16 ounces cream cheese, softened

* 1 cup sour cream

* 1/2 cup sugar

* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

* 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

* 1 cup fresh berries, for topping (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well until the mixture resembles wet sand.

2. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Make sure to press the mixture firmly so that it forms a solid crust.

3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy. Add the sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice and beat until combined.

4. Pour the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.

5. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

6. Before serving, top the cheesecake with fresh berries, if desired. Slice and enjoy!

Tips:

* To make a chocolate cheesecake, add 1/2 cup of cocoa powder to the cheesecake filling.

* For a fruit cheesecake, add 1 cup of your favorite fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries) to the cheesecake filling.

* To make a no-bake Oreo cheesecake, use Oreo cookies instead of graham crackers for the crust.

* If you don't have a springform pan, you can use a regular 9-inch pie plate. Just be sure to line the pie plate with parchment paper before pressing in the graham cracker crust.
