- 3 cups Namaste Perfect Flour Blend
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (105-115 degrees F)
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes, until the yeast has bloomed and the mixture is foamy.
2. Add the Perfect Flour Blend, honey, oil, and salt to the bowl. Attach the bowl to the stand mixer and turn it on low speed. Mix until the ingredients are well combined and a dough forms.
3. Increase the speed to medium and knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic. The dough should pull away from the sides of the bowl and form a ball.
4. Grease a large bowl with cooking spray. Place the dough in the bowl and turn to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
5. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
6. Punch the dough down and divide it in half. Shape each half into a loaf and place the loaves on a greased baking sheet.
7. Bake the loaves for 25-30 minutes, until they are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped.
8. Remove the loaves from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
