How to Make a Resin Paperweight

- Resin (you can use any type of resin, but epoxy resin is the most popular choice for paperweights)

- A mold (you can use any type of mold, but a silicone mold is the best choice for paperweights)

- Paper

- Scissors

- A spoon or stirring stick

- A mixing cup

- Gloves

Instructions:

1. Prepare the mold. If you are using a silicone mold, you can simply spray it with a nonstick cooking spray. If you are using a different type of mold, you may need to line it with plastic wrap or wax paper.

2. Cut the paper. Cut the paper into small pieces. You can use any type of paper, but the best choice is a thin, absorbent paper like newsprint or printer paper.

3. Mix the resin. Follow the instructions on the package of resin to mix the resin and hardener.

4. Add the paper to the resin. Add the pieces of paper to the resin and stir until they are evenly distributed.

5. Pour the resin into the mold. Pour the resin into the mold, making sure to fill all of the nooks and crannies.

6. Let the resin cure. Let the resin cure according to the instructions on the package. This can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days.

7. Remove the paperweight from the mold. Once the resin has cured, you can remove the paperweight from the mold.
