### Supplies:

- 2 sheets of colored construction paper

- 1 piece of white paper

- Scissors

- Glue stick

- Hole punch

- String or yarn

- Markers

Instructions:

1. Begin by cutting out the following shapes from the colored paper:

- 2 rectangular fish bodies (each about 8" x 5")

- 4 triangular fish fins (each about 3" x 3")

- 2 circular fish eyes (about 1" in diameter)

2. Cut the same shapes from the white paper.

3. Glue the white shapes onto the colored shapes.

4. Use a marker to draw a mouth and gills on each fish.

5. Punch a hole at the top of each fish.

6. Cut 2 pieces of string or yarn (each about 12" long).

7. Thread one piece of string through the hole at the top of one fish and tie a knot.

8. Thread the other piece of string through the hole at the top of the other fish and tie a knot.

9. Hang your windsocks in a windy area and enjoy!

Tips:

- Use different colors of paper for each fish to create a rainbow effect.

- Add glitter or sequins to the fish for added sparkle.

- Make a fish windsock for each member of your family and display them together.

- Hang your windsocks in a sheltered area if you live in a windy climate.
