How to Antique Aluminum

* Aluminum object

* Steel wool

* Vinegar

* Salt

* Water

* Container

Instructions:

1. Clean the aluminum object with steel wool to remove any dirt or grime.

2. In a container, mix equal parts vinegar, salt, and water.

3. Place the aluminum object in the mixture and let it soak for several hours or overnight.

4. Remove the aluminum object from the mixture and rinse it thoroughly with water.

5. Let the aluminum object dry completely.

6. Buff the aluminum object with steel wool to create a desired shine.

The aluminum object will now have an antiqued appearance.
