All orders placed with the Yankee Candle company are considered incomplete until the orders leave the warehouse. The company realizes that a customer may change an order or a candle may become unavailable. If a candle becomes unavailable, the company will give you the option to cancel your order or change it. According to the company's acknowledgment policy, your order won't become a legally binding contract until officially dispatched for delivery. Therefore, orders can be canceled at any time by you or the company until the order exits the warehouse.
