How to Make a Funfetti Mug Cake

* 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

* 1/4 cup sugar

* 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

* 1/8 teaspoon salt

* 1/4 cup milk

* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

* 1/4 cup sprinkles

Instructions

1. In a large mug, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2. Add the milk, oil, and vanilla extract, and stir until well combined.

2. Add half the sprinkles and stir to combine.

3. Microwave on high power for 1 minute, or until the cake is cooked through.

4. Let cool for a few minutes before eating, topping with the rest of the sprinkles.

Tips

* If you don't have a microwave, you can also cook the cake in the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and bake the cake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

* You can add any type of sprinkles you like to the cake. Chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit would also be a good addition.

* This recipe makes a single-serving cake, but you can easily double or triple the ingredients to make a larger cake.
