Disconnect the range's power source prior to beginning the repair.
Open the oven door, and then remove the two to four screws under the front portion of the underside of the glass panel.
Lift the panel up to expose the burners attached to the underside of it. Support the panel in an elevated position by using a sturdy object, or instruct a partner to hold the panel.
Remove the hex-style screws that secure the burner brackets. These screws secure the burners to the underside of the glass.
Lift the panel up and off of the range.
Transfer any brackets installed on the old panel to the new panel. The brackets are secured with screws.
Align the new panel with the range, and elevate it by employing the same method used to elevate the old panel.
Secure the cross braces and burners to the underside of the panel by using the screws that were removed.
Lower the glass panel onto the range, and then secure it by using the screws that were removed.
Restore the range's power source.
