Check the instructions to make sure that you are using containers approved for use in a microwave oven. Place the container of food on the glass tray in the oven cavity and close the door. Microwave ovens will not start when the door is open and automatically shut down if the door is opened during a cooking cycle.

Select a cooking function prior to touching the number pad. The microwave oven automatically cooks at full power unless otherwise specified. Consult your owner's manual for the correct settings for what you are cooking. "End" shows on the LED display panel when the cooking cycle has finished and the oven will beep. Opening the door will return the display panel to the time of day.

Press the clear/pause touch pad to cancel an operation at any time during the cooking cycle. This returns the display to zero and cancels all programming information for that particular session. "Err" shows in the display panel for any erroneous entries or programming instructions. Simply by opening the door during a cooking session does not cancel the programmed operation.
