Roll-top appliance garages are a great way to keep your appliances hidden away when they're not in use. However, they can sometimes become misaligned, making it difficult to open and close them. If this happens, you can easily adjust the roll-top appliance garage yourself.
* Phillips-head screwdriver
* Flat-head screwdriver
* Tape measure
* Level
1. Open the roll-top appliance garage.
2. Locate the adjustment screws. There will be two screws, one on each side of the roll-top garage door.
3. Loosen the adjustment screws. Use the Phillips-head screwdriver to loosen the screws until they are about halfway out.
4. Position the roll-top garage door. Use the flat-head screwdriver to pry the roll-top garage door up or down until it is level.
5. Tighten the adjustment screws. Use the Phillips-head screwdriver to tighten the screws until they are snug.
6. Test the roll-top garage door. Open and close the roll-top garage door to make sure it is working properly.
* If the roll-top garage door is still misaligned after you have adjusted the screws, you may need to adjust the tension springs.
* The roll-top garage door should move easily up and down with no resistance.
* If you have any questions or concerns, consult with a qualified appliance repair technician.
