Turn off the furnace and disconnect the circuit breaker for the furnace.
Unscrew the cap off the access pipe located on the exterior of the furnace.
Pour 1 cup of bleach into the access pipe to remove any build up in the condensation line. Restore power and turn on the furnace.
Remove the filter off the outside drain line after disconnecting power again if you have a stubborn clog bleach will not remove.
Attach a wet/dry vacuum to the condensation drain line. Suction any condensation from the line and dislodge any clogs.
Discard the filter in the furnace and replace with a new one.
Flip the switch on the circuit breaker to restore power. Turn on the furnace.
