* 1/2-inch plywood (2 pieces, 12 inches x 12 inches)
* 1/4-inch plywood (1 piece, 12 inches x 12 inches)
* 1-inch wood screws (12)
* 1/2-inch wood screws (4)
* 2-inch wood screws (2)
* Lazy Susan bearing
* 1/2-inch drill bit
* 3/8-inch drill bit
* Pencil
* Ruler
* Saw
* Sander
1. Cut the two 12 inches x 12 inches pieces of 1/2-inch plywood into squares.
2. Cut the one 12 inches x 12 inches piece of 1/4-inch plywood into a circle.
3. Center the circle on one of the squares and trace around the edge.
4. Drill a 1/2-inch hole in the center of the circle.
5. Cut out the circle using a jigsaw or scroll saw.
6. Sand the edges of the circle and the squares until they are smooth.
7. Attach the bearing to the bottom of the circle using the 1-inch wood screws.
8. Place the other square on top of the circle and align the holes.
9. Drill four 1/2-inch holes through both pieces of plywood.
10. Attach the two pieces of plywood together using the 1/2-inch wood screws.
11. Drill two 2-inch wood screws through the center of the circle into the bearing.
12. Your Lazy Susan turntable is now ready to use!
* You can use any type of wood for this project, but plywood is a good choice because it is strong and durable.
* If you don't have a jigsaw or scroll saw, you can also cut the circle using a drill and a coping saw.
* Be sure to sand the edges of the circle and the squares until they are smooth. This will help to prevent the turntable from wobbling.
* You can also add a finish to the turntable, such as paint, varnish, or lacquer.
