Position the frame assembly behind the center of the forward facing blade assembly. Move the frame forward until the frame assembly side arms fit over the two brackets on the blade assembly mid-section. Insert the lower pivot rod through the matching holes on the blade brackets and frame. Secure both ends of the lower pivot rod with hairpin cotters.
Pivot the two trip return springs mounted on the front of the frame assembly upward and position them against the back of the blade. Tilt the blade forward until the third holes from the top of the curved inner angles on the blade assembly line up with the holes in the trip spring mounting lugs.
Insert the trip pivot rod through the trip spring mounting lugs and the matching holes on the curved inner angles. Secure both ends of the pivot rod with hairpin cotters.
Attach the end of the lift bar to the L-shaped attaching rod protruding backward from the frame lift bracket cross member. Place a flat washer over the end of the attaching rod and secure it with a hairpin cotter.
Slide the assembly under the tractor from the front; tilt the upward facing frame lift arms downward to move them past the steering rods. Align the upturned ends of the frame lift arms directly below the existing attachment pivot rod inserted through corresponding holes on each side of the tractor chassis.
Remove the left hairpin cotter and withdraw the attachment pivot rod from the tractor chassis. Raise the frame lift arms and insert the attachment pivot rod through the holes in the chassis and matching holes in the upturned ends of the lift arms. Secure the pivot rod by replacing the hairpin cotter.
Raise the free end of the pivoting lift bar and line it up alongside and to the right of the tractor lift plate. Maneuver the tractor lift lever so that the rearmost hole in the lift plate lines up with the hole in the end of the lift bar. Insert the clevis pin provided in the kit through the bar and plate. Place a flat washer over the end of the clevis pin and secure it with a hairpin cotter to complete the mounting operation.
