Place one 12-by-35-inch piece of plywood on a flat surface. Line the 12-inch edges with wood glue and press one 12-inch edge of each 12-by-48-inch piece of plywood onto each end. Hold the U-shaped structure in place while a friend drives one 2-inch screw every 6 inches along each outer edge.
Place the remaining 12-by-35-inch piece of plywood on a flat surface. Line both outer 12-inch edges with wood glue and press the base of the 12-by-48-inch edges on to the outer edges. This is done by flipping the U-shaped structure over carefully and pressing the edges in to enclose the O-shaped structure. Drive one screw every 6 inches along each edge.
Lay the 36-by-48-inch structure on a flat surface. Line the top edges with wood glue and press the 36-by-48-inch piece of plywood over the frame. Drive one 2-inch screw every 6 inches along the perimeter of the 36-by-48-inch piece of plywood to secure all five pieces of wood together.
Rest the structure along one 36-inch side on a flat surface. Paint the exterior of the structure using red paint. Cover the front edges, the rear, both sides and the top surface with the paint. Allow the paint to dry for one to two hours as you continue to work on the project.
Place two 18-by-48-inch pieces of plywood on a flat surface in a vertical position. Press both 48-inch edges tightly against each other.
Cover the top surface of each 18-by-48-inch piece of plywood with wallpaper glue. Roll the wallpaper over the two pieces of plywood and smooth to a flattened finish with your hand. Allow wallpaper glue to set for 20 to 30 minutes.
Slide a crafting knife down through the crack to separate the wallpaper on the two doors. Turn both doors over vertically so the wallpaper is facing downward. Do not turn the doors horizontally as this changes the direction of the wallpaper. Flipping both doors vertically allows the two doors to keep the same layout on the front surface.
Measure 6 inches in along the outer edge of each 18-by-48-inch piece of plywood. Attach one door hinge at each 6-inch location using a small door hinge kit with screws.
Turn the left side 18-by-48-inch piece of plywood upward, vertically and place it over the front opening of the cabinet. Place the hinges along the interior of the cabinet and drive the hinge screws through the interior edge of the cabinet. Close the door over the opening half.
Turn the right side 18-by-48-inch piece of plywood upward, vertically and place it over the front opening of the cabinet. Place the hinges along the interior of the cabinet and drive the hinge screws through the interior edge of the cabinet. Close the door over the opening half.
