How to Cook Pork Cube Steak

## Ingredients

* 1 pound pork cubed steaks

* 1 tablespoon olive oil

* 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

* 1/4 cup water

* 1/4 cup ketchup

* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

* 1 teaspoon garlic powder

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

1. Prepare the pork cube steak. If the steaks are frozen, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight. If the steaks are fresh, rinse them under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Dredge the pork cube steak in the flour.

4. Add the pork cube steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.

5. Add the water, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.

6. Stir the ingredients until they are combined and the sauce is thickened.

7. Serve the pork cube steak immediately with sides of your choice.

Tips

* To make the pork cube steak more tender, you can marinate them in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs for 30 minutes before cooking.

* You can also add other vegetables to the skillet, such as onions, peppers, and carrots.

* If you don't have Worcestershire sauce, you can use soy sauce instead.

* Serve the pork cube steak with rice, potatoes, or pasta.
