How to Bake a Pork Tenderloin in Le Creuset Dutch Oven

## Ingredients:

* 1 pork tenderloin, about 1 pound

* 2 tablespoons olive oil

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

* 1/4 cup dry white wine

* 1/4 cup chicken broth

* 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

* 1 tablespoon honey

* 1 teaspoon dried thyme

* 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. In a Le Creuset Dutch oven over medium heat, heat the olive oil.

3. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.

4. Sear the pork tenderloin in the hot oil for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned.

5. Remove the pork tenderloin from the Dutch oven and set aside.

6. Add the white wine, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, honey, thyme, and garlic to the Dutch oven.

7. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

8. Add the pork tenderloin back to the Dutch oven and spoon the sauce over it.

9. Cover the Dutch oven and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork tenderloin is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

10. Let the pork tenderloin rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
