- 2 pounds beef prime rib bones
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
2. Add the prime rib bones and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Transfer the bones to a slow cooker.
4. Add the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and beef broth to the slow cooker.
5. Stir to combine.
6. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the meat is fall-off-the-bone tender.
7. Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, and gravy.
