How to Cook Store Bought Porketta in a Crock-Pot

## Ingredients

* 3-pound porketta roast

* 1 tablespoon olive oil

* 1 teaspoon dried oregano

* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

* 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

* 1/2 cup chicken broth

* 1/4 cup white wine

Instructions

1. Preheat your crock-pot to low.
