Instructions

    • 1

Make a rough sketch of your kitchen, marking out the areas where you want the cabinets installed.

    • 2

Cut the 1/2-inch plywood into the dimensions of the back, sides, base, top, door and shelves. These will all be dependent on the size of your kitchen and your preferred design. Allow one additional inch in length for the back panel.

    • 3

Bore two holes the size of the cabinet clips per shelf for each sideboard.

    • 4

Lay out the baseboard of the cabinet, position the sideboards on either side and nail them into the baseboard using 1 1/2-inch nails.

    • 5

Attach the back and top, nailing them into position and ensuring that the corners are flush.

    • 6

Push the clips into the holes on the sideboards and rest the shelves on top of them.

    • 7

Screw the cabinet door hinges, using 1/2-inch screws, into the cabinet body, on the inside of the cabinet, leaving one wing of the hinges unattached. Screw that wing into the door and allow it to close. Repeat for the second door for a two-door cabinet.

Attach the cabinet door handles into place, using the screws that come with them. If screws did not come with them, use 1/2-inch screws.
