Instructions

    • 1

Install the top and bottom hinges onto the overlay door. Use a cordless drill and drill bits to attach the 3 flathead screws included with each hinge to the door. Place the top hinge on the top inside of the door and the bottom hinge on the bottom inside of the door.

    • 2

Install a pivot post into the bottom of both the top and bottom hinges. Tighten the post using a Phillips screwdriver.

    • 3

Install the door closure assembly -- included with your door -- onto the bottom of the pivot post. Make sure that the bosses of the closure assembly align with the holes of the hinge and hinge plate.

    • 4

Place the overlay door onto the pivot post. A hole on the underneath side of the door should slide directly onto the pivot post.

    • 5

Position the door so that the pivot post in the top hinge inserts into the hole in the door. Make sure the door closes properly. Readjust the pivot post if the door does not align exactly.
