## How to Broil Monkfish

Ingredients:

1 pound monkfish fillet, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 lemon, sliced

Instructions:

1. Preheat the broiler to high.

2. In a large bowl, combine the monkfish fillet, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.

3. Place the monkfish pieces on a broiler pan and arrange them in a single layer.

4. Broil the monkfish for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.

5. Serve immediately with lemon slices.

Tips:

* To check if the monkfish is cooked through, insert a fork into the thickest part of the fillet. If the flesh flakes easily, it is cooked.

* Broiling the monkfish at a high temperature will help to keep it moist and tender.
