How to Sauté Zucchini

Ingredients:

* 2 tablespoons olive oil

* ½ teaspoon salt

* ¼ teaspoon black pepper

* 2 cups sliced zucchini

* ¼ cup chopped onion

* ¼ cup chopped red bell pepper

* ¼ cup chopped garlic

Instructions:

1.) Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2.) Add the salt and pepper and stir to combine.

3.) Add the zucchini, onion, red bell pepper, and garlic and sauté until the vegetables are tender and browned, about 5-7 minutes.

4.) Serve immediately.

Tips:

* To make sure the zucchini is evenly cooked, cut it into similar-sized slices.

* If you want the zucchini to be more tender, cook it for a few minutes longer.

* You can also add other vegetables to the sauté, such as mushrooms, carrots, or broccoli.

* Sautéed zucchini is a great side dish for grilled meats, fish, or chicken. It is also a healthy and delicious addition to pasta, salads, and soups.
