- Large pot
- Wooden spoon

Step 1: Prepare the dye bath
- Fill the large pot with enough water to cover the tulle.
- Bring the water to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add the fabric dye to the water and stir until dissolved.
Step 2: Add the tulle
- Once the dye bath is ready, add the tulle to the pot.
- Use the wooden spoon to stir the tulle to ensure even dyeing.
- Let the tulle simmer in the dye bath for 15-30 minutes, or until it reaches the desired color.
Step 3: Rinse the tulle
- After the tulle has reached the desired color, remove it from the dye bath and rinse it thoroughly in cold water until the water runs clear.
Step 4: Dry the tulle
- Hang the tulle to dry, or lay it flat on a drying rack.
- Allow the tulle to dry completely before using.
- To achieve a lighter color, use less dye.
- To achieve a darker color, use more dye or simmer the tulle for a longer period of time.
- If you want to create a pattern on the tulle, you can use a resist method such as wax or tape to prevent the dye from reaching certain areas.
- Be sure to wear gloves and a mask when working with fabric dye to avoid staining your skin or clothing.
