How to Make Sour Patch Frozen Grapes

### Ingredients

* 1 pound seedless green grapes

* 1/2 cup granulated sugar

* 1/4 cup light corn syrup

* 1/4 cup water

* 1 teaspoon lemon juice

* 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

* 1/4 cup sour patch kids, cut in half

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Place the grapes on the prepared baking sheet.

3. Freeze the grapes for at least 4 hours or overnight.

4. In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, corn syrup, water, lemon juice, and cream of tartar.

5. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sugar has dissolved.

7. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes.

8. Add the sour patch kids to the saucepan and stir until combined.

9. Pour the sour patch kid mixture over the frozen grapes.

10. Freeze the grapes for at least 1 hour before serving.
