- 3 pounds broccoli crowns, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
Instructions:
1.) Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.) In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat evenly.
3.) Spread the broccoli florets in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
4.) Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the broccoli is tender and slightly browned.
5.) Sprinkle the roasted broccoli with Parmesan cheese and parsley leaves. Serve immediately.
