## How to BBQ Salmon Fillets In Tin Foil

Grilling salmon fillets in tin foil is an easy and delicious way to enjoy this healthy fish. The foil locks in the moisture and flavours, and the salmon can be cooked to your desired doneness.

Ingredients:

- 4 skin-on salmon fillets

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

- 1/4 cup lemon juice

- 1/4 cup dry white wine

Instructions:

1.Preheat a grill over medium-low heat.

2.Tear off four large sheets of tin foil.

3.Place each salmon fillet on a sheet of tin foil.

4.Drizzle the fillets with olive oil and sprinkle them with salt and pepper.

5.Top each salmon fillet with fresh parsley.

6.Drizzle the fillets with lemon juice and dry white wine.

7.Fold the edges of the tin foil up around the salmon fillets to create packets.

8.**Place the packets on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon fillets are cooked through and flaky.

9.Serve hot.

Tips:

-To check if the salmon fillets are done cooking, insert a fork into the thickest part of the fish. If the salmon flakes easily, it is done cooking.

-If you do not have a grill, you can bake the salmon fillets in a preheated 400°F oven for 15-20 minutes.

-Serve the salmon fillets with your favourite sides, such as grilled vegetables, rice, or pasta.
