How to Make No-Churn Cookies and Cream Ice

Ingredients:

* 1 pint (2 cups) of heavy cream

* 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk

* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

* 1/2 cup roughly chopped chocolate sandwich cookies

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

2. In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.

3. Fold the sweetened condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream until combined.

4. Add the chopped chocolate sandwich cookies to the ice cream mixture and stir to combine.

5. Pour the ice cream mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
