How to Make S'mores Macaron Cookies

Ingredients:

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained

- 1 (15-ounce) can corn, drained

- 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained

- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.

3. Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and thyme. Cook for 1 minute more, or until the spices are fragrant.

4. Add the black beans, corn, tomatoes, and cilantro. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

5. Serve over rice or tortillas.

Tips:

- If you don't have any fresh cilantro, you can use 1/4 teaspoon of dried cilantro instead.

- You can also add other vegetables to the soup, such as diced carrots, celery, or zucchini.

- If you want a spicier soup, you can add more chili powder or cayenne pepper.

- For a more flavorful soup, you can use homemade chicken broth instead of water.
