Method 1: Using a Heat Press
1. Prepare your materials. You will need a heat press, a pressing cloth, and a piece of parchment paper.
2. Preheat your heat press. Preheat your heat press to the temperature recommended for the type of polyester fabric you are working with.
3. Place the parchment paper on the heat press. Place the parchment paper on the heat press, shiny side up.
4. Place the polyester fabric on the parchment paper. Place the polyester fabric on the parchment paper, with the silk screen facing up.
5. Cover the fabric with the pressing cloth. Cover the fabric with the pressing cloth to protect it from the heat of the heat press.
6. Press the fabric. Press the fabric for the amount of time recommended for the type of polyester fabric you are working with.
7. Remove the fabric from the heat press. Carefully remove the fabric from the heat press and let it cool.
8. Peel off the silk screen. Once the fabric has cooled, peel off the silk screen. The ink should come off with the silk screen.
Method 2: Using a Solvent
1. Prepare your materials. You will need a solvent, such as acetone or isopropyl alcohol, a cotton ball, and a pair of gloves.
2. Test the solvent on a small area of the fabric. Before applying the solvent to the entire silk screen, test it on a small area of the fabric to make sure it does not damage the fabric.
3. Apply the solvent to the silk screen. Apply a small amount of solvent to a cotton ball and rub it over the silk screen.
4. Let the solvent sit for a few minutes. Let the solvent sit for a few minutes to give it time to dissolve the ink.

7. Rinse the fabric. Rinse the fabric thoroughly with water to remove any residual solvent.
8. Dry the fabric. Dry the fabric according to the care instructions for the fabric.
Tips
* Be careful not to use too much heat or pressure when using a heat press, as this could damage the fabric.
* If you are using a solvent, be sure to test it on a small area of the fabric to make sure it does not damage the fabric.
* Always rinse the fabric thoroughly with water after using a solvent to remove any residual solvent.
