How to Remove the Blade on a Bosch Miter Saw

1. Disconnect the miter saw from the power source.

2. Raise the saw blade to its highest position.

3. Locate the blade lock lever on the side of the saw.

4. Turn the blade lock lever to the "unlock" position.

5. Hold the blade guard with one hand and use the other hand to turn the blade until it stops.

6. Remove the blade from the saw.

7. To reinstall the blade, follow these steps:

8. Place the blade on the saw arbor, making sure that the teeth are facing the correct direction.

9. Turn the blade by hand until the arbor hole aligns with the holes in the blade.

10. Insert the blade lock bolt through the holes in the blade and the arbor hole.

11. Turn the blade lock lever to the "lock" position.

12. Lower the saw blade to its lowest position.

13. Reconnect the miter saw to the power source.
