What Is the Difference Between OxiClean & OxiClean Outdoor?

OxiClean

• OxiClean is the original stain fighting product made by OxiClean. It was created primarily for the use of cleaning stains from clothing. For the best results, presoak your laundry for up to six hours. While this version of OxiClean can be used on hard surfaces, OxiClean Outdoor is better specified for that use.

How It Works

• The OxiClean product is activated when it comes into contact with water. The water activates the oxygen within OxiClean, making the product bubble. This bubbling increases the water's pH, which in effect efficiently cleans the clothing without doing any harm. This product can be bought in a regular scented version and in a dye-free version.

OxiClean Outdoor

• Just as OxiClean Laundry is formulated specially for use on laundry, OxiClean Outdoor is formulated specifically for use on hard objects outside of the home. The product boasts that it does the cleaning job without harming any grass, flowers, or any other landscaping objects. OxiClean Outdoor cleans gutters, window siding, tables, chairs, patios and decks, along with other objects.

How It Works

• OxiClean Outdoor works in much the same way as the original OxiClean products. Spray the OxiClean cleaning solution onto the outdoor objects. Scrub the objects thoroughly until all mold has been scrubbed off. Spray down the objects with water. Continue this process until everything is clean.
