Belts

• Located in the drive system, part number 954-04194A is a 4L sized V-belt that is 44.6 inches in length. Also located in the drive system is V-belt number 954-04202, measuring three-eighths of an inch in width and 36.68 inches in length. Part number 954-04202 drives the Auger pulley. Both drive system belts are protected beneath a cover, part number 931-2531.

Seals

• The 4510 snowblower is equipped with seals that prevent oil and moisture from entering sensitive parts. The auger assembly is equipped with two oil seals. Seal number 921-0145 seats against the back of the auger drive shaft sleeve, while seal number 921-0146 seats between the auger housing and the worm gear shaft. The seal number 951-11375 is located in both the crankcase cover, known as the PTO side oil seal, and at the opposite side of the crankcase, known as the flywheel side seal. This seal can be purchased separately or as part of several repair kits.

Kits

• Troybilt has made some common repair parts available in repair kits that include all the parts necessary to fix an assembly. Repair kits include the fuel line kit, number 951-11336, the crankcase cover kit, number 951-11340, and the crankcase shaft kit, number 951-11358. Some assemblies on the 4510 can only be replaced completely, not repaired. These include the headlight, assembly 925-1672, and the chute crank, assembly 684-04308A.

Accessories

• Troybilt manufactures several accessory items designed to fit the 4510 snowblower. Cover number 490-290-0011 fits Troybilt 33 -- 45-inch-wide snowblowers, allowing the device to be stored outside while being protected from weather damage. Drift cutter kit number OEM-390-679 attaches to the side of the 4510, enabling operators to cut a swatch down the side of a tall, compacted snow pile. Troybilt also offers a snow thrower cab to protect operators from weather and debris kicked up by the snowblower. The cab is available for order as part number OEM-390-674.
