Replacing a Moen M7500 kitchen faucet cartridge is straightforward and can be completed in a few simple steps. Whether your faucet is dripping or not functioning correctly, replacing the cartridge is likely the solution. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

2. Turn the valves clockwise to shut off the water supply to the faucet.

Step 3: Remove the Handle Cap

1. Remove the handle cap from the top of the faucet. It may simply pull off, or you may need to pry it off gently with a flat-head screwdriver.

Step 4: Take Out the Handle Screw

1. Use an Allen wrench to remove the handle screw located beneath the handle cap.

Step 5: Pull Out the Handle and Stem

1. Gently pull the faucet handle straight up to remove it from the stem.

2. Follow it by removing the stem by pulling it upward.

Step 6: Extract the Cartridge

1. Unscrew and remove the cartridge retainer nut located at the base of the stem.

2. Using an adjustable wrench, carefully unscrew the cartridge counterclockwise and pull it out from the faucet body.

Step 7: Insert the New Cartridge

Step 8: Replace the Cartridge Retainer Nut

1. Screw the cartridge retainer nut back into place and hand-tighten it.

Step 9: Reinstall the Stem

1. Put the stem back into the faucet body and push it down until it stops.

Step 10: Replace the Handle

1. Put the faucet handle back onto the stem and push it down until it snaps into place.

Step 11: Fasten the Handle Screw

1. Using the Allen wrench, insert and tighten the handle screw.

Step 12: Replace the Handle Cap

Step 13: Turn on the Water Supply
