Wrap a piece of tape around the base of the appliance to keep the plastic in place. Run tape along the edge of the cupboards where they meet with the ceiling, leaving the inner edge loose and. Set the sprayer up in the room of the house you will be painting last.
Submerge the suction tube into the paint bucket and put the drain hose into a waste bucket.
Set the Prime/Spray switch to the "Prime" position. Wait until you see paint come out of the drain tube and then switch the Prime/Spray switch to the "Spray" position.

Put on a respirator, eye goggles, painter's clothes and a painter's hood.

Spray the ceiling from side-to-side. Hold the gun 12 to 18 inches away from the surface while spraying.
Back-roll the painted ceiling using a 1/2-inch nap on a 9-inch roller frame to even out the paint. Attach an extension pole to the roller to roll the hard-to-reach areas. Roll in even back-and-forth motions.
Paint the walls from side-to-side until reaching the floor. Back-roll the walls just like you did on the ceiling.
Repeat this process until you've painted every surface in the house. Inspect the walls and ceilings after painting is complete for running or dripping paint. Fix these runs by rolling them out with the roller or brushing them out with the paintbrush.
Remove all of the masking tape and plastic one hour after painting.
