How to Make a Latch Hook Rug Into Pillow

Materials:

- Latch hook rug

- Polyurethane foam

- Fabric for backing

- Sewing machine

- Thread

Instructions:

1. Measure the latch hook rug. Cut a piece of polyurethane foam that is the same size as the latch hook rug.

2. Cut the fabric for the backing. Cut a piece of fabric that is at least 2 inches wider and 2 inches longer than the latch hook rug.

3. Place the polyurethane foam on top of the latch hook rug. Center the latch hook rug on the polyurethane foam.

4. Place the fabric for the backing on top of the latch hook rug and polyurethane foam. Make sure that the right side of the fabric is facing up.

5. Sew around the edges of the fabric and backing, leaving a 1-inch opening. Backstitch at the beginning and end of the stitching to secure it.

6. Trim off any excess fabric or backing. Turn the pillow cover right side out and insert the pillow form.
