How to Make a New Eve Falling Ball

* 2 ping-pong balls

* 1 sheet of black construction paper

* 1 roll of white electrical tape

* 1 pair of scissors

* 1 pencil

* 1 ruler

Instructions:

1. Cut the black construction paper into a circle with a diameter of about 10 inches.

2. Cut the white electrical tape into 12 pieces, each about 6 inches long.

3. Place one of the ping-pong balls in the center of the black circle.

4. Take one of the pieces of electrical tape and wrap it around the ping-pong ball, making sure that the tape is centered.

5. Repeat step 4 with the remaining 11 pieces of electrical tape, placing them evenly around the ping-pong ball.

6. Take the second ping-pong ball and place it on top of the first ping-pong ball, making sure that the two balls are aligned.

7. Wrap a piece of electrical tape around the two ping-pong balls, securing them together.

8. Use the pencil and ruler to draw a line around the circumference of the black circle, about 1 inch from the edge.

9. Cut the black circle along the line, creating a hole.

10. Place the Eve ball inside the hole, making sure that the bottom of the ball is resting on the table.

11. Enjoy your new Eve ball!

Tips:

* To make the Eve ball more festive, you can add glitter or sequins to the black construction paper.

* You can also use a different color of construction paper for the base of the Eve ball.
