How to Make Automatic Night Lights

* 2 clear plastic cups

* 1 LED tea light

* 1 piece of aluminum foil

* 2 rubber bands

Instructions

1. Cut a small hole in the bottom of one of the cups.

2. Place the LED tea light inside the cup with the hole in the bottom.

3. Wrap the cup with the hole in the bottom in the aluminum foil.

4. Secure the aluminum foil in place with the rubber bands.

5. Place the other cup over the cup with the LED tea light.

How it Works

When the sun shines on the aluminum foil, it reflects the light into the cup. The light then hits the LED tea light and turns it on. When the sun goes down, the aluminum foil will no longer reflect the light and the LED tea light will turn off.
